1. What we collect

Account info (name, email), profile preferences, your journal entries, love-language quiz results, course progress, messages, and standard device/usage analytics.

2. How we use it

To run the app, personalize coaching, deliver notifications, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Encryption

Direct messages use end-to-end encryption: only you and your recipient hold the private keys needed to read them. We cannot read DM content.

4. Sharing

We share data only with vetted processors needed to run the service (hosting, payments, email, AI coach inference). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

5. Your rights

You can view, export, correct, or delete your data from your profile, or by emailing the contact address below. We honour GDPR and CCPA requests.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. payment records).

7. Children

The app is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes in-app and update the "Effective" date above.
