1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Growth or Elite subscription at any time from your profile. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund window

We offer a 7-day refund window after your first paid charge on a new tier. Email the address below within 7 days of the charge and we will process a full refund.

3. Renewal charges

Recurring monthly renewals are non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

4. Promotional & referral credit

Free trial periods earned through referrals are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded.

5. How to request a refund

Email the contact address below from the account email used for the purchase. Include the date of the charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
